Q4 : What if I need to exchange the color?

A4 : We are currently unable to accommodate direct exchange. If you like to exchange, please return your order and place a new one.

Q5 : What is your return policy? (for defect item only)

Q6 : If I returned my order, when will I receive my refund?

A6 : Once your return is delivered, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed and refunded. Once your refund is processed, we will notify you via the email used to place your order.
