RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return/Exchange is allowed if, 

  • Item is within 7 days from date of purchase (walk-in purchase) or date of received (online purchase)
  • Defect/ Faulty items (online purchase)
  • The invoice is produced as proof of purchase
  • Item is in original condition & packaging (Tags intact, Unscented, Unworn, Unwashed)
  • Full-priced items only
  • Once in a single receipt & one (1) time only

If yes to all, follow these steps

Online Purchase

  • Inform us of return/exchange request to Customer Service
  • Send us back the return/exchange item and furnish us with the tracking number
  • We will process the return/exchange immediately after

Boutique Purchase


    • Bring back the item to our boutique
    • Our lovely staff will process the exchange once the eligibility is met

*Return / Exchange delivery cost will be borne by the customer for other than wrong item received, defect, or mishandling on our part.

 

REFUNDS

1. All sales are final. However, in case of items received are dissatisfied or defective, customers may opt for refunds as last resort. Refunds are not a mandatory solution and are solely at GEETA's discretion. 

2. In case of items sold out upon ordering, GEETA will refund via the original payment method to the customer.
